🚀 At Eximium, we’re looking for a Talent Manager - Team Lead to oversee and lead a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Consultants and Talent Scouts in Morocco. This pivotal role focuses on team leadership, project management, and delivering exceptional results across multiple clients and projects. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of the Embedded Talent services for tech-focused start-ups and scale-ups based in Belgium.

As a strategic leader, you’ll manage and develop your team, handle multiple client projects, and contribute to our mission of delivering unparalleled recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

👥 Team Leadership & People Management:

Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Talent Consultants and Talent Scouts based in Morocco.
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching to ensure your team’s growth and success.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture that aligns with Eximium’s values and goals.
Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members to support the company’s growth.

📑 Project Management Across Clients:

Oversee recruitment projects across multiple clients, ensuring exceptional delivery of services.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and reporting, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
Act as the escalation point for any challenges, providing strategic solutions to keep projects on track.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with client objectives.

📈 Client Success & Strategic Partnership:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their recruitment needs are met.
Lead strategy meetings with stakeholders to design and implement customised Talent Acquisition solutions.
Maintain a deep understanding of client cultures to align hiring strategies effectively.

📊 Data-Driven Insights & Reporting:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track recruitment performance and trends.

• Present actionable insights to clients, using data to refine and optimize strategies.

🤝 Business Development & Industry Engagement:

• Partner with directors to explore new opportunities and enhance service offerings.

• Represent Eximium at industry events, promoting our expertise and expanding our network.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

👤 Experience: 6–8 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
🏢 Embedded Talent Model Expertise: Must have experience working in an RPO company, talent consultancy, or embedded talent model.
✈️ Travel Requirements: Open to a role that involves frequent travel, with trips to Morocco or Belgium on a monthly to bi-monthly basis to meet with the team.
🗣️ Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus.
🚀 Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
✨ Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
💻 Tech-Savvy: Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition tools.
